Below Acropolis and Parthenon there are 2 theaters. One Ancient Greek and another one from the Roman era. This is the Greek theater. Very well preserved if you think that it's nearly 2500 years old.

Dionysus ancient theater, is the most ancient of all famous theaters in the world. The best view you can have of the threatre is from the Acropolis.

Pay the 2 euro and sit in the oldest theatre in Europe. It's quiet & a nice place to rest your tired feet

Quite big and very impressive. Tourist free zone, no passing. So well preserved that it can be used even today. Watch out slippery marble stones around while taking photos.
