Worth a trip from Barcelona. You really need a full day to enjoy and explore the surroundings. Take the Sant Joan funicular and wear sturdy shoes for walking the stony trails.

Wonderful landscape!!! The kids choir is amazing. Worth visiting. Go early in the morning. Climb until the most important belvederes and go down. I suggest entering the temple until 12am.

Take the first train (~8:00-8:30, FGS from Espanya) to avoid huge crowds and queue to Black Madonna. Buy train+cremallera, train+aeri to save money. Taking a walk for beautiful landscapes is a MUST.

Quiet place, the best hours to go are in the morning. Not many people go before lunch. So you will have time to take photos and walk.
