Taishan (泰山) ye un monte en Tai'an, Shandong, China. El so picu denominar Emperador de Jade con 1.545 metros d'altitú. Ye una de les cinco montaña sagraes del taoísmu en China. Los templos qu'esisten nella fueron un destín de pelegrinaxe mientres 2000 años. Foi declaráu como Patrimoniu de la Humanidá pola Unesco nel añu 1987, tomando una zona protexida de 25.000 hai.

La tradición china diz que'l sol empieza'l so percorríu diariu nesi monte. Por eso, ver la salida del Sol dende Taishan ye la máxima aspiración de too chinu.

Solamente cinco emperadores xubieron hasta'l visu a lo llargo de la hestoria, anque Qianlong de la dinastía Qing facer en delles ocasiones. Tamién persones como Confucio o Mao Zedong realizaron la dura ascensión.

El picu ye accesible n'autobús dende la base hasta la Puerta del Mediu Camín al Cielu, y depués en teleféricu dende ellí. Sicasí la forma tradicional de xubir ye percorriendo'l camín que tien 6600 pasos de piedra que conducen hasta'l cume. La ruta central lleva siquier dos hores hasta la puerta del Mediu Camín al Cielu, y de ende otres dos o tres hores hasta'l cume.

A lo llargo del camín atopen los Templos Puzhao y Guandi según el Palaciu de la Puerta Colorada construyíu en 1626. A metá de l'ascensión atopen el Templu Doumu del sieglu XVI y la Puerta Celeste del Mediu.

Llegar al visu en cruciando'l Arcu de la inmortalidá y la Puerta sur del cielu. Dende la cume tiense accesu al Templu de la Princesa de les Nubes Azules y al Templu del Emperador Augusto de Jade, asitiáu a un altor de 1.524 metros.

Cuidao que shan ye la palabra china pa monte, lo correcto ye llamalo n'español Monte Tai.

It's a lot of stairs and a pretty tough time if you are a beginner. Do not forget to bring extra layers of clothing as it can get really cold up! Also, water and food prices increase as you climb!

Takes some 4 hours to top and it's really cold there even in April. Carry less. Night climb is fun and easier for me since you don't have to see all the stairs ahead you so you just walk.

Take a taxi to the back side of the mountain. Explore less travelled road and get cheap yet awesome food. Dong Yu Dao(东御道) is for example a good choice and taxi from city center costs around ¥20.

Sicuramente fuori dagli itinerari occidentali classici, è comunque un posto meraviglioso e faticoso ( se si decide di raggiungerlo a piedi come da tradizione)

从红门上山路线到玉皇顶,最后可从后山(天烛峰路线)下山。ps: 后山一路没有卖水卖食物的小商小贩,在山顶需备齐。下山后可在停车场坐19路回到泰山市区。
